Volocopter to Launch Air Taxi Services in Singapore

German Urban Air Mobility (UAM) company Volocopter announced its commitment to launch air taxi services in Singapore after two years of close collaboration with the city of Singapore. Working together with the Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), Volocopter plans to make air taxi services a reality in the Southeast Asian city-state within the next three years. AeroVironment Acquires Telerob Ground Robotic Solutions

AeroVironment, Inc.  announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Telerob Gesellschaft für Fernhantierungstechnik mbH, a German leader in ground robotic solutions with a global footprint, for approximately $45.4 million (€37.5 million) in cash, and will pay-off approximately $9.4 million (€7.8 million) in Telerob’s debt at closing.
