Israel Behind 41% of All UAS Exports from 2001 – 2011

The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute said that Israeli companies were behind 41 percent of all UAS exported in 2001-11. Those Israeli exports went to 24 countries, including the United States.

EASA Shows it Takes RPAS Seriously

The EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency)  is mandated to regulate RPAS with a MTOM of 150 kg or more when used for civil applications in Europe, and is supporting the development of a European ‘roadmap’ covering the development and integration into non-segregated airspace of civil RPAS in the medium and long term.
