The first U.S. Navy MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system (UAS) has completed a flight from California to Maryland. The UAS flew 11 hours from the Northrop Grumman Corporation facility in Palmdale to Naval Air Station Patuxent River to start its next phase of testing, moving the program closer toward operational assessment. Northrop Grumman is the prime contractor for the Navy’s MQ-4C Triton UAS program.

North Korean UAS Wreckage Found Near Border
The wreckage of a suspected North Korean UAS was found on Monday near a sensitive inter-Korean maritime border in the Yellow Sea, the military said. The wreckage was collected by a fisherman at around 2:20 p.m. while he was fishing in waters near the South Korean border island of Baengnyeong, the Joint Chiefs of Staff said.

Russian reconnaissance and strike drone “Chirok” will begin tests in 2015, the CEO of the Moscow Research Radio Engineering Institute Yuri Nevzorov told RIA Novosti .”After the new year , we will launch the test.
