India has announced that it will lease two MQ-9B Sea Guardian drones as part of a plan to bolster surveillance over the Indian Ocean Region (IOR). The U.S. Air Force is planning to buy Chinese-made DJI drones for training purposes at a Wyoming air base that houses Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles.
