DARPA Picks New Mexico State University for Vulture Programme Flight Testing
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) will award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to New Mexico State University Physical Sciences Laboratory (NMSU/PSL).
