Farmers Ins. Dedicates Roof Farm to Drone Testing

Farmers Insurance has announced the grand opening of a new roof farm in Olathe, a research project designed to help determine how different roofing materials are impacted by weather and ageing in real-world conditions.  Farmers is collaborating with the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS), a nonprofit industry research and communications association on the local project.

100-Year Floods Prompt Drone Visit at Historic Site

Last week, man and machine joined forces in an attempt to control an unprecedented – yet recurring – natural disaster that routinely strikes rural Goshen County.
