FAA Grants Textron Special Airworthiness Certificate to Operate Aerosonde UAS in Civil Operations

Textron Systems Corporation announced that it has been issued a special airworthiness certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct civil unmanned aircraft operations at its Unmanned Systems Service and Support Center located in Blackstone, Virginia, adjacent to the Allen C. Volatus Aerospace to Expand Pipeline Corridor Surveillance in Eastern Canada

Volatus Aerospace Corp. has announced that its subsidiary, Canadian Air National Inc., has signed a 3-year master service agreement with a leading pipeline operator to provide pipeline right-of-way asset and environmental monitoring throughout Ontario. Boeing, Shield to Collaborate on Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy for Defense Programs

Boeing  and Shield AI have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore strategic collaboration in the areas of autonomous capabilities and artificial intelligence on current and future defense programs.
