The Kraken Regiment, a Ukrainian volunteer regiment, released footage of a ‘kamikaze drone attack’ on a ‘autonomous Grenadier surveillance tower’.
The Kraken Regiment, formed on February 24, 2022, the day Russia invaded Ukraine, said its intelligence forces “destroyed an autonomous Grenadier surveillance tower in Bryansk Oblast using a kamikaze drone.”
Footage released by Kraken shows the attack from the view of the drone, as well as from a territory west of the target. Storyful confirmed the site of the attack as Nekislitsa, a small village close to the Russia-Ukraine border.
