Kratos Gets $14.7M US Navy Software Upgrade Contract

Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems Inc., Sacramento, California, is awarded a not-to-exceed $14,748,471 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

This contract provides for software engineering support services, including analysis, modification, and implementation of software changes in support of the BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target system for the Navy. Work will be performed in Sacramento, California (93.6%); and Phoenix, Arizona (6.4%), and is expected to be completed in July 2027. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued.

This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.

The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001922D0022).
