This notification has as purpose to inform the members of the European drone operator community on the upcoming UAS OPS survey that has been created in the framework of the AW-Drone Project, which is funded by the European Union in the context of the Horizon 2020 Programme.
The UAS OPS survey (on drone operations & safety risk assessment) will be available online in English, French, German & Spanish. The conclusions will be published and made available, free-of-charge, to all interested parties.
The UAS OPS survey is based on an operation-centric approach (instead of drone centric). Consequently, it does not make a distinction between drones based on their size, mass, airframe configuration, or type of propulsion.
