General Atomics – Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a $39,777,423 modification (0009) to previously awarded contract FA8620-15-G-4040 for MQ-9 Reaper Extended Range additional procurement effort.
Contractor will provide fabrication, delivery, and installation of MQ-9 Extended Range retrofit kits. Work will be performed at Poway, California, and is expected to be complete by Nov. 20, 2018.
Fiscal 2016 procurement funds in the amount of $39,777,423 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
