This is a French built (i.e. Nord) version of the Messerschmitt Me.108 liaison aircraft which was the direct predecessor of the more famous Me.109 fighter of World War Two.
This aircraft has starred in a number of movies, in the place of a 109.
The aircraft is shown here during its display at the Classic Fighters 207 airshow held at Omaka Aerodrome, Blenheim, New Zealand.
