US Army Issues RFI on Electronic Warfare Capabilities for UAS

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) and Program Manager Electronic Warfare (PM EW) are conducting this RFI to determine what systems, capabilities and techniques currently exist, or could be modified, to provide UAS-based EW capabilities to include potential surgical/targeted EW techniques (with emphasis on successful completion of an Airborne Electronic Attack mission).

The RFI also welcomes more long term concepts and innovative technologies, current design and development efforts, and/or prototypes that may contribute to providing Army commanders with an organic UAS-based control of the EMS.
