On Wednesday December 19, Dassault Aviation organized a flight demonstration of the nEUROn at Istres for the French and foreign authorities involved in the programme.
The Head of the French Defence Procurement Agency DGA, Laurent Collet-Billon, and several of his counterparts, CEOs of the main partner companies, several diplomats, generals and journalists were present.
Following the flying and ground demonstration, CEO of Dassault Aviation, Mr.Charles Edelestenne made a speech in which he underlined the degree of innovation of the nEUROn
- first combat UAV made in cooperation
- first stealth combat aircraft
- first combat aircraft fully designed and developed on a cooperative virtual plateau
