The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory’s Rocket Propulsion Division at Edwards AFB, Calif., has awarded URSA Major Technologies Inc., Berthoud, Colorado, a $28,565,857 firm-fixed price contract for responsive space, hypersonic, and on-orbit propulsion.
