EASA Shows it Takes RPAS Seriously
The EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) is mandated to regulate RPAS with a MTOM of 150 kg or more when used for civil applications in Europe, and is supporting the development of a European ‘roadmap’ covering the development and integration into non-segregated airspace of civil RPAS in the medium and long term.
European Commission Publishes RPAS Document
The European Commission, Directorate Enterprise and Industry has just published an 8 page document describing the boost that RPAS can give to the European economy.
