Tasuma is a UK company that has been trading for over 30 years and that is specialised in the manufacture RPA airframes, usually under sub-contract to system primes. Over the years, Tasuma has been involved in most UK RPAS programmes.
Bill Longlet, Tasuma’s founder and managing director, has now reached the age of 72 and has decided to call it a day.
Consequently, there are now 7 different RPA designs on offer. These RPA designs range in MTOM from 3 to 65 kg with respective payload capacities of 0,5 to 35 kg.
All relevant tooling and jigs for series production are available for each design and fully validated Intellectual Property Rights are included for transfer on all the designs
The CSV 15 is of note as this is currently being utilised in the Cranfield Aerospace CASSIUS programme (Cranfield Aerospace Special Services Unmanned System)
