Crescent Unmanned Systems Launches Bravo 300 Tactical UAS

Crescent Unmanned Systems LLC in New Orleans has just launched the Bravo 300 Tactical UAS.

The Bravo 300 small unmanned aircraft system is a heavy lift system designed for stability, endurance and operation in extreme conditions . Capable of being equipped with various payloads, including  HD  photo and video cameras, infra-red cameras, thermal imaging devices, or CBR detectors , the Bravo 300ʼs modularity makes it the sure choice when searching for a multi-use multi application aerial asset .

Advanced capabilities such as Auto Take off and landing, way point acquisition, altitude and position hold, ensure ease of operation.

It is ideally suited for operations such as accident reconstruction, search-and-rescue, crowd control, land and sea traffic monitoring, critical infrastructure protection, and crisis management.

KEY FEATURES:

  • SEMI AUTONOMOUS FLIGHT Virtual Cockpit 3D allows an operator to stay focused on the mission at hand. Autonomous Take off and Landing, Waypoint Navigation, and click to fly operability make the Bravo 300 exceptionally easy to operate. Altitude and position hold are rock solid in sustained winds up to 30mph.
  • MULTIPLE ASSET CONTROL FROM USER INTERFACE The ability to control multiple air assets in a search and rescue operation could mean the difference between life or death for those in need of rescue. A single operator can control up to 5 units from the same screen ensuring maximum coverage of search areas.
  • HANDHELD OPERATOR CONTROL UNIT When mission parameters change and the need for portability arises, the handheld operator control unit offers flexibility in operator manoeuvrability. This portable ground control station ensures an operator always has access to a consistent common control platform.
  • TARGET ACQUISITION AND TRACKING Whether its convoy protection or tracking a fleeing suspect, target acquisition and tracking is an invaluable asset that allows you to follow a designated target.

Crescent Unmanned graduated from the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission‘ business incubator programme in July 2012. They experienced great successes during their time at the Business Innovation Center.
