  1. Battlespace Flight Services out of Creech AFB, NV is the worst company for management I have ever worked for in my avionics career. The whole management team only promotes those who are friends with one another from the military. They expect you to train employees who get promoted over you. The program manager/supervisors do not care about who you are and what you do for the company. They care about the deployment pay check and making everyones life complicated and difficult in the field. This company has a union which was established because of me and a few others. The only down fall is that the union has no powers once you are deployed over in a combat area. This company should have never got another contract from the government. I would fire all the management and find someone else to manage the employees and the company. Try not to hire retired military to run a civilian based company. They treat you like you are still in the military, which is unacceptable.
